EZ Equipment Zone, LLC was founded in 2016 with the purpose of creating a managed program for heavy rental equipment. Since then, we have grown to be one of the largest known pools of heavy rental equipment in the United States. As of January 1, 2025, more than 29,000 pieces of equipment, representing over $2 billion in assets, are enrolled in the EZ Equipment Zone platform.

How did we do this?

EZ Equipment Zone possesses a master contract with a national equipment rental company, allowing us to rent out equipment owned by program members. We assist every step of the way—helping individuals establish a new rental business, purchase equipment, secure financing if needed, and participate in the net rental proceeds of the entire program. This ensures owners receive rental proceeds even in months when their specific equipment may not be fully rented.
